This application is to join the Longmont Metro Area Chapter of the Four wheel Emergency Assistance Team, A program of the Colorado Association of 4 Wheel Drive Clubs, Inc. (CoA4WDCI).

This chapter is organized and managed by the Trailridge Runners 4x4 Club of Longmont (www.trr4wd.com).

You need NOT be a member of CoA4WDCI or one of its clubs. You are NOT eligible to join FEAT if you have:

• No driver’s license or the state required insurance
• If you have a DUI or Felony conviction
