CoA4WDCi Four Wheeler Of The Year

1. A member (individual or organization) in good standings of the Colorado Association of Four Wheel Drive Clubs, Inc. can be nominated for Four Wheeler of the Year.
2. Nominations for Four Wheeler of the Year shall be submitted in writing to the Secretary before the fourth quarterly meeting explaining the reasons why this person is being nominated. The nominations shall be read at the fourth quarterly meeting.
3. Voting shall be done by secret ballot to be counted by two non voting members, with the ballots to be destroyed upon the recipient being named.
4. The person receiving the award of Four Wheeler of the Year shall bring the plaque/trophy to all quarterly meetings for that year to be displayed.
